Everything you need to plan the day in one place. If something is still being finalized, we say so here. April 17, 2027 ·  Courtyard by Marriott, Grapevine, Texas [Get Your Ticket](https://ticketstripe.com/faith_forward_rally) ## The Basics ### Who is the rally for? High school juniors and seniors are getting ready for life after graduation. Youth groups, campus ministries, schools, and parents are all welcome.  ### When and where is it? Saturday, April 17, 2027, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Grapevine, Texas. Registration opens at 8:30 AM, and the main rally runs from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ### Why should we bring our students? The transition right after high school is where many young Catholics quietly drift from the Church. This day gives students a sense of belonging, honest answers, and a clear next step so they do not walk it alone. ### What is included with a ticket? A full day of speakers, worship, activities, and lunch, plus connection with Catholic organizations and campus ministries ready to support students wherever they go next. ## Registration and Groups ### How do we register? Use the [Get Your Ticket](https://ticketstripe.com/faith_forward_rally) button at the top or bottom of this page. Individuals and groups can register online. Please note:  The minimum age for attendees is 16. All students under the age of 18 must register and attend with a parent or chaperone. ### Is there a group rate? Yes. Groups are encouraged to attend and will be offered a special group discount. The minimum group size for the group rate is 10 attendees. Groups of 10 or more pay $30 per student. A group leader should purchase the tickets for the entire group. Then, attendees should register individually using that code so each person’s information is collected accurately. ### Do chaperones and adult leaders need tickets? Yes. Every attendee needs a ticket, including chaperones and group leaders. ### Can a parent attend with their student? Yes. Parents are welcome to register and attend alongside their student. ## During the Day ### What does the day look like for students? Speakers, worship, small group connection, a partner panel, and time to meet Catholic students from across the region. See the [Experience page](https://newmanconnection.org/en-us/rally2027/experience?hsLang=en-us) for a preliminary schedule. ### Is lunch provided? Yes. A boxed lunch is planned for all ticketed attendees. Each attendee can share dietary accommodations in the ticket details, either during checkout or via the link the group leader provides. ### Will there be Mass, Confession, or Adoration? #### Worship and sacramental details are being finalized and will be announced with the full schedule. Vigil Mass will be offered at the end of the day, or attendees may depart after the closing portion of the event. ### What should students wear and bring? Comfortable, modest clothing. A full "what to bring" list will be shared before the event. ## Travel and Logistics ### Is the venue accessible? Yes. If anyone in your group has accessibility needs, let us know when you register, and we will make sure they are cared for. ### Where should we stay, and how do we get there? Hotel and travel details for the Courtyard by Marriott in Grapevine are coming soon. ### What is the refund or transfer policy? Full-price tickets ($50) are refundable up to 45 days before the event. Discounted tickets (early-bird, group-rate, and diocesan-partner) are non-refundable. Within 30 days of the event, all ticket sales are final. Discounted tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee if the original attendee can no longer attend. ### How do we get updates? Join the Faith Forward movement to get rally news and announcements by email as details are confirmed. ### Will there be parking available at the event? ### Yes, parking will be available and free of charge for attendees. ## Questions are welcome. We are here to help. The best way to understand the day is to be in the room for it. Reserve your tickets or register your group today, and we will keep you informed as speakers, schedules, and final details are announced.
